Organising your documents so you stop losing time
You do not need a sophisticated system. You need one you will still follow in month six, when you are busy.

The most common problem we see is not missing documents. It is that they all arrive at once, at the end of a period, in no order. The work then takes three times as long and mistakes creep in.
The basic rule: one place
One folder, one physical file, one dedicated email address. It does not matter which, it matters that it is the same one every time and that there is no second one. Documents split between two places are lost documents.
A name that says what it is
Date, supplier, amount. `2026-03-14 Supplier 1250.pdf` is enough. You do not need an elaborate convention; you need to find something in six months without opening ten files.
A simple system you follow beats a good system you abandon.
Rhythm matters more than method
Ten minutes a week is worth more than a day at month end. Not because it is less time overall, but because while it is fresh you remember what each document was, and three weeks later you do not.
What we do with them
We check them, record them, reconcile them and tell you what is missing. That part is our job. Yours is only to get them to us, in a way that repeats.
If it is already a mess
You do not need to fix everything before writing to us. We look at what there is together, put it in order once, and set a rhythm from there. It is simpler than it looks and we see it often.
